Is seaweed safe for cats?
Seaweed such as nori is a dried sea vegetable used in sushi and snacks. Plain, unseasoned nori is not toxic to cats, but it is unnecessary and seasoned snacks are not suitable. Cats are obligate carnivores, so they get what they need from meat and never need seaweed. If you offer it at all, treat it as a rare, tiny extra.
