Can Cats Eat Kale?

Is kale safe for cats?
Kale is a leafy dark-green vegetable rich in vitamins. Kale is high in oxalates and cats do not need it, so it is better skipped. Cats are obligate carnivores, so they get what they need from meat and never need kale. If you offer it at all, treat it as a rare, tiny extra.

- Chop finely or steam lightly
