Are blueberries safe for cats?
Blueberries are small, round, dark blue berries that are often called a superfood. Blueberries are not toxic to cats, and a few may be fine as a rare treat, but cats do not need fruit. Cats are obligate carnivores, so they get what they need from meat and never need blueberries. If you offer them at all, treat them as a rare, tiny extra.
